Billing
Need to track what you've spent, grab a receipt for accounting, or update your payment method? This is where you do all that. The Billing section keeps everything organized so you're never hunting for paperwork.
Your Payment History
Every time you fund a campaign, it shows up in your payment history. Think of it as your complete financial record on EZTalent.
To find it: go to Billing in your dashboard sidebar, then click Payment History.
What You'll See

Finding Specific Payments
If you're looking for something specific, you can filter by:
- Date range - Great for pulling quarterly or yearly reports
- Status - See only completed, failed, or refunded payments
- Amount - Find payments within a budget range
- Campaign name - Jump straight to a specific campaign
Exporting for Accounting
Need to send records to your accountant or import into QuickBooks? Easy:
- Set your filters (date range, etc.)
- Click Export
- Choose CSV or PDF
- Download
Do a monthly export and save it somewhere safe. It makes tax time much less painful, and your accountant will thank you.
Invoices and Receipts
You'll get official documentation for all your transactions. Here's the difference:

What's on Your Invoice
Each invoice is pretty standard - it includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Your company details (from your profile)
- EZTalent's billing info
- Campaign budget breakdown
- Subtotal, any applicable taxes, and total
Downloading Documents
- Go to Billing > Invoices (or Receipts)
- Find the one you need
- Click Download PDF
Download receipts right after payment. They're always available in your account, but having local copies means you're covered even if the internet goes down during tax season.
Payment Methods
You can save multiple cards and switch between them as needed.
What We Accept

Adding a New Card
- Go to Billing > Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter your card details
- Complete any verification (like 3D Secure)
- Click Save
Setting a Default
Your default card is what gets charged when you fund campaigns. To change it:
- Go to Payment Methods
- Find the card you want
- Click Set as Default
Removing a Card
Don't need a card anymore? Just click Remove next to it.
You can't remove a card if you have active campaigns using it. Set a different card as default first, then remove the old one.
Card Expired?
When your card expires:
- Add a new card with the updated details
- Set it as your default
- Remove the old expired card
Refunds
Sometimes campaigns don't work out. Here's when you can get your money back:
When You're Eligible

| You cancel before the influencer accepts | Full refund minus 3% processing fee |
| Influencer declines your campaign | Full refund, no fees |
| No influencer assigned within 30 days | Full refund, no fees |
| Influencer only delivered part of the work | Partial refund (proportional to what wasn't delivered) |
| Dispute resolved in your favor | Varies case by case |
| Campaign completed successfully | No refund (work was done!) |
How Long Refunds Take
Once approved, refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back on your card. That timeline is on the banks, not us - we initiate it immediately.
Money always goes back the way it came. If the original card is closed or expired, contact your bank - they can usually still route the refund to you.
Tracking Your Refund
Check refund status in Billing:
- Requested - We're reviewing it
- Approved - Good to go, processing started
- Processing - Money is on its way back
- Completed - Should be in your account
- Denied - Request wasn't approved (you'll see why)
Tax Information
Let's be honest - we're a marketing platform, not tax advisors. But here are some basics:
How EZTalent Payments Are Usually Treated
- Campaign payments - Typically count as marketing/advertising expenses
- Platform fee (15%) - Usually a deductible service expense

Adding Your Tax Info
To get proper invoices with your tax ID:
- Go to Settings > Company Profile
- Click Edit Tax Information
- Enter your tax ID or VAT number
- Make sure your registered business address is correct
- Save
Year-End Reports
At the end of each year, you can pull reports for tax filing:
- Annual spending summary - Total you spent on campaigns
- Campaign-by-campaign breakdown - Each campaign itemized
- Platform fee summary - Total fees paid to EZTalent
Find these in Billing > Reports.
Billing Notifications
You'll automatically get emails when billing stuff happens:

You can tweak notification preferences in Settings > Notifications.
Troubleshooting
My Payment Failed
Try these fixes:
- Double-check your card details are entered correctly
- Make sure you have enough available credit/funds
- Call your bank - they might be blocking it as suspicious (especially for first-time payments)
- Try a different card
- Complete any 3D Secure verification that pops up
Can't Find an Invoice or Receipt
- Check your email spam folder
- Try different date filters in the Billing section
- Search by transaction ID if you have it
- Email us at info@eztalent.app with your account email
I See a Charge I Don't Recognize
Before panicking:
- Check your active campaigns - might be one you forgot about
- Look for pending authorizations (these sometimes appear as charges but cancel automatically)
- Email us at info@eztalent.app with the transaction details
Bank disputes (chargebacks) can result in account suspension and take forever to resolve. If something looks wrong, email us first at info@eztalent.app - we can usually sort it out much faster.
