Billing

Need to track what you've spent, grab a receipt for accounting, or update your payment method? This is where you do all that. The Billing section keeps everything organized so you're never hunting for paperwork.

Your Payment History

Every time you fund a campaign, it shows up in your payment history. Think of it as your complete financial record on EZTalent.

To find it: go to Billing in your dashboard sidebar, then click Payment History.

What You'll See

Field What It Tells You
Date When you made the payment
Transaction ID A unique code for reference (useful if you need support)
Campaign Which campaign this payment was for
Amount How much you paid
Status Completed, Pending, Failed, or Refunded
Payment Method Which card you used (shows last 4 digits)

Finding Specific Payments

If you're looking for something specific, you can filter by:

Exporting for Accounting

Need to send records to your accountant or import into QuickBooks? Easy:

  1. Set your filters (date range, etc.)
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose CSV or PDF
  4. Download
Pro Tip

Do a monthly export and save it somewhere safe. It makes tax time much less painful, and your accountant will thank you.

Invoices and Receipts

You'll get official documentation for all your transactions. Here's the difference:

Invoice Shows what you need to pay (before payment) When you create a campaign
Receipt Proof that you paid (after payment) Right after successful payment
Credit Note Documents a refund When a refund is processed

What's on Your Invoice

Each invoice is pretty standard - it includes:

Downloading Documents

  1. Go to Billing > Invoices (or Receipts)
  2. Find the one you need
  3. Click Download PDF
Keep Your Receipts

Download receipts right after payment. They're always available in your account, but having local copies means you're covered even if the internet goes down during tax season.

Payment Methods

You can save multiple cards and switch between them as needed.

What We Accept

Adding a New Card

  1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Complete any verification (like 3D Secure)
  5. Click Save

Setting a Default

Your default card is what gets charged when you fund campaigns. To change it:

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Find the card you want
  3. Click Set as Default

Removing a Card

Don't need a card anymore? Just click Remove next to it.

Heads Up

You can't remove a card if you have active campaigns using it. Set a different card as default first, then remove the old one.

Card Expired?

When your card expires:

  1. Add a new card with the updated details
  2. Set it as your default
  3. Remove the old expired card

Refunds

Sometimes campaigns don't work out. Here's when you can get your money back:

When You're Eligible

Scenario What You Get
You cancel before the influencer accepts Full refund minus 3% processing fee
Influencer declines your campaign Full refund, no fees
No influencer assigned within 30 days Full refund, no fees
Influencer only delivered part of the work Partial refund (proportional to what wasn't delivered)
Dispute resolved in your favor Varies case by case
Campaign completed successfully No refund (work was done!)

How Long Refunds Take

Once approved, refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back on your card. That timeline is on the banks, not us - we initiate it immediately.

Refunds Go Back to the Original Card

Money always goes back the way it came. If the original card is closed or expired, contact your bank - they can usually still route the refund to you.

Adding Your Tax Info

To get proper invoices with your tax ID:

  1. Go to Settings > Company Profile
  2. Click Edit Tax Information
  3. Enter your tax ID or VAT number
  4. Make sure your registered business address is correct
  5. Save

Year-End Reports

At the end of each year, you can pull reports for tax filing:

Find these in Billing > Reports.

Billing Notifications

You'll automatically get emails when billing stuff happens:
