EZTalent is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with content creators. Think of us as the matchmaker - we help brands find the right creators, handle all the payments securely, and make sure everyone gets paid. No awkward back-and-forth negotiations, no chasing invoices.

We charge a tiered platform fee on campaign budgets - 15% for campaigns under $1K, 12% for $1K-$5K, 10% for $5K-$10K, and 8% for $10K+. It's built into the budget, not added on top. We also offer an optional Pro subscription for brands at $19.99/month (Pro) or $49.99/month (Pro Max).

• For Brands: Yes. No mandatory fees. You only pay when you fund campaigns. Optionally, you can subscribe to Pro ($19.99/month (Pro) or $49.99/month (Pro Max)) for full influencer profiles, direct messaging, and visibility boosts.
• For Influencers: Completely free. Forever. You keep 85-92% of every campaign depending on budget size.

Currently we support Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. More platforms are coming - let us know what you'd like to see.

Two ways: use the Discover section to search and filter by platform, category, follower count, location, and price range. Or browse the Feed where influencers post campaigns and service listings. You can hire directly from service posts with the "Hire Now" button.

Free-tier brands see influencers as "Creator #XXXXX" to protect creator privacy. Pro subscribers ($19.99/month (Pro) or $49.99/month (Pro Max)) see real names, profile photos, and social handles during discovery. Once any brand has an active campaign, they see the full profile regardless of subscription.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Everything goes through Stripe, so it's secure and encrypted.

Your money is protected by escrow. It stays locked up until:

• The influencer submits all the required content
• You approve their submissions
• You request the settlement

If someone flakes or doesn't deliver what they promised, you can request a refund through support at info@eztalent.app.

You can't change the budget or the core deliverables - that would be unfair to the creator. But you can share additional context, provide extra assets, or extend deadlines (if the influencer agrees). For anything else, reach out to us at info@eztalent.app.

The minimum budget is $50. There's no maximum - whatever makes sense for your campaign.

• At least 1,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• An active account (not a page that's been dead for months)
• Be 18 or older
• A complete profile and some info for identity verification
• Sign the Influencer Agreement - required before approval

That's it. We're not looking for mega-celebrities - we love working with creators of all sizes.

Usually 1-3 business days. If we're slammed or your application needs extra review, it might take up to 5 days. You'll get an email either way.

You keep 85-92% of every campaign budget depending on the size (larger campaigns have lower fees). How much you earn depends on your follower count, engagement rate, and niche. We've seen creators earn anywhere from $100 to $10,000+ per campaign. You can also list services in the feed to attract brands directly.

After the brand approves your content and requests settlement, here's the timeline:

• Admin review: 1-3 business days
• Payout processing: 1-3 business days
• Money hits your bank: 1-3 business days

Total: roughly 5-10 business days from content approval. Not instant, but not forever either.

Nope. Personal accounts work fine. You'll need to provide tax info for Stripe Connect (SSN in the US), and if you earn $600+ you'll get a 1099 form. But you don't need an LLC or anything like that.

Absolutely. You're never obligated to accept anything. If a campaign doesn't fit your brand, the budget's too low, or you're just too busy - decline it. Brands often come back with better offers later.

The Influencer Profit Sharing Agreement is a contract between you and EZ Talent, LLC. It covers how campaigns work, the tiered payment split (you keep 85-92% depending on campaign budget), content rights, confidentiality, and other terms. You must sign it before your application can be approved. You'll find it in the "Agreement" section of your dashboard. It only needs to be signed once, and once signed, your dashboard will show a confirmation.

Escrow is basically a trust account that holds money until work is done:

1. Brand creates campaign and sets budget
2. Brand sends offer to influencer (escrow payment can happen before or after)
3. Influencer accepts the offer
4. Brand funds escrow via Stripe - campaign activates
5. Influencer creates and submits content
6. Brand approves content and requests settlement
7. Our admin reviews and approves
8. Money gets released to the influencer

This protects both sides - brands know money only gets released for completed work, and influencers know the money is secured before they start working.

It's tiered based on campaign budget:

Bigger campaigns = lower fees. The campaign form shows the exact rate in real time.

Yes. We use Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant - that's the highest security standard in the payments industry. We never store your full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles all that sensitive stuff.

Stripe Connect supports 45+ countries. If you're in the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, or most major markets, you're good. Check stripe.com/connect for the full list. If your country isn't supported, email us at info@eztalent.app and we'll figure something out.

For US-based influencers earning $600 or more in a calendar year, Stripe issues a 1099-K form. You're responsible for reporting all your income to the IRS regardless of amount. We're not tax advisors - talk to an accountant if you have questions about your specific situation.

The campaign brief will specify exactly what the brand wants.

First, try to understand what the brand actually wants - sometimes it's just miscommunication. If you genuinely think the request is unreasonable (especially if they're asking for stuff that wasn't in the original brief), email us at info@eztalent.app. We'll look at the situation and help mediate.

No - this violates our terms of service and can get your account suspended. We put a lot of work into connecting you with brands, and taking deals off-platform undercuts that. Plus, you'd lose all the payment protection escrow provides.

Yes. It's the law (FTC rules in the US, similar laws elsewhere). Always include clear disclosure:

• Use #ad or #sponsored at the beginning of your post
• Don't bury it in a sea of hashtags
• In videos, say it out loud ("This video is sponsored by...")

Brands will reject content without proper disclosure, and the FTC can come after you for violations. It's not worth the risk.

Contact the brand immediately - don't wait until after the deadline passes. Explain what happened and propose a new timeline. Most brands are understanding if you communicate proactively. Ghosting them or making excuses after the fact will tank your reputation fast.

Influencers can also subscribe to unlock more features. Free influencers get 1 campaign and 3 conversations. Pro influencers get unlimited campaigns, priority in discovery, and more. Both brands and influencers can subscribe.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your settings. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period. No long-term commitment required.

The Feed is a social media-style page where influencers and brands post updates. You'll see campaign announcements, service listings, and content. It's a great way to discover opportunities without searching.

Influencers can list specific services they offer - like "Instagram Reel - $50" or "YouTube Review - $200". These appear in the feed with a green accent bar. Brands can click "Hire Now" to instantly create a campaign offer based on the service rate.

When you see a service listing you like:

1. Click "Hire Now"
2. Choose how many you want (e.g., 3 Instagram posts)
3. Review the budget breakdown
4. Send the offer - a campaign and conversation are created
5. Chat with the influencer and agree on details
6. The influencer accepts or declines from the chat
7. Fund via escrow to activate

Go to your profile settings and click the "Services" tab. Add services with a type (POST, REEL, VIDEO, etc.), platform, rate, and turnaround time. New services automatically appear as posts in the feed.

Influencers can add portfolio items to showcase their best work - past campaigns, content examples, etc. Each item includes a title, description, images, and optional performance metrics. It's your resume for brand partnerships.
