Welcome to the EZTalent Brand Guide! This documentation covers everything you need to know about using EZTalent to run influencer marketing campaigns - from finding the right creators to tracking your results.

What Can You Do on EZTalent?

As a brand on EZTalent, you can:

Browse and discover influencers - Search through creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Filter by follower count, category, location, and more. Pro subscribers see real names and handles; free users see anonymized profiles.
Create campaigns - Set up campaigns with your product details, requirements, budget, and timeline. You control exactly what you're asking for and how much you're paying.
Hire directly from services - See influencer service listings in the feed and hire them directly with a single click. Choose quantity, review the budget breakdown, and send an offer.
Pay securely via escrow - Fund campaigns via Stripe escrow. Money is only released after you approve the work. You can even send campaign offers before funding - escrow payment activates the campaign once the influencer accepts.
Browse the social feed - Discover campaigns, service listings, and influencer content in a social media-style feed.
Review submitted content - When an influencer posts content for your campaign, they submit proof on the platform. You can approve it or ask for revisions.
Message influencers - Pro subscribers can message influencers directly. All users can communicate within active campaigns.

The Typical Workflow

Here's how a campaign typically flows from start to finish:

Create your account and sign the brand agreement - This is a one-time setup.
Browse influencers or the feed - Find creators in the Discovery page or browse service listings in the feed.
Create a campaign or hire directly - Create a traditional campaign, or use "Hire Now" on a service listing to send an instant offer.
Send the campaign to an influencer - They'll receive an offer with all the details. No payment required yet.
Wait for acceptance - The influencer reviews your offer and decides whether to accept.
Fund the campaign via escrow - Once accepted, fund via Stripe to activate the campaign.
Influencer creates content - Once active, they create and post the content you requested.
Review the submission - Check that it meets your requirements.
Approve the settlement - When you're happy, approve the payment.
Influencer gets paid - After your approval (and a quick platform review), the money is released.

How Much Does It Cost?

EZTalent uses tiered platform fees - the more you spend, the lower the rate. Fees come out of the budget you set, not added on top.

$1,000 - $4,999	12%
$5,000 - $9,999	10%
$10,000+	8%

For example, on a $5,000 campaign, the fee is 10% ($500) and the influencer receives $4,500. On a $1,000 campaign, the fee is 12% ($120) and the influencer receives $880.

Minimum Budget

The minimum campaign budget is $50. Larger budgets unlock lower fee rates - save with bigger campaigns!
