Influencer Profit Sharing Agreement

Before your application can be approved, you need to review and sign the Influencer Profit Sharing Agreement. This is a contract between you and EZ Talent, LLC that sets out the terms for how you'll work with brands through the platform.

Required for Approval

Your application will not be approved until you've signed this agreement. Our admin team checks for a signed agreement when reviewing every application. If your profile is complete but the agreement isn't signed, your approval will be held.

What Does the Agreement Cover?

The agreement is broken into several sections. Here's a plain-English summary of what each one says:

Section What It Means
Engagement EZTalent assigns you campaigns from brands. You create content, post it, and submit proof through the platform. All campaign work goes through EZTalent - no side deals.
Compensation You receive 85-92% of every campaign budget depending on the tiered fee rate (15% for under $1K, 12% for $1K-$5K, 10% for $5K-$10K, 8% for $10K+). Payments go through Stripe Connect directly to your bank account after the brand approves your content and the settlement is processed.
Independent Contractor You're not an employee of EZTalent. You're responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. You control how and when you create content.
Content Rights You retain ownership of your content, but grant brands a license to use the campaign content for their marketing purposes as outlined in the campaign brief.
Confidentiality Don't share private campaign details, brand strategies, or non-public information you learn through campaigns. Standard stuff.
Exclusivity You agree to use EZTalent for brand deals that originate on the platform. Don't take relationships off-platform to avoid fees.
Warranties & Indemnification You confirm you're 18+, have the right to enter this agreement, and that your content doesn't violate laws or third-party rights. You agree to take responsibility for your own content.
Term & Termination The agreement stays in effect until either side ends it. If you want to leave, you can - but existing campaign obligations must be completed first.

How to Sign the Agreement

The signing process is done entirely within your EZTalent dashboard. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your EZTalent account
  2. Click "Agreement" in the left sidebar
  3. Read through each page of the agreement - there are 5 pages total
  4. Check the acknowledgment box at the bottom of each page before continuing to the next
  5. On the final page, you'll need to:
    • Enter your printed name (your legal name)
    • Enter your title (e.g., "Content Creator", "Influencer", or your professional title)
    • Draw your signature using the signature pad (works with mouse or touchscreen)
    • Draw your initials using the initials pad
  6. Click "Submit Agreement"
Using the Signature Pads

The signature and initials pads work with both mouse and touchscreen. Click/tap and drag to draw. If you make a mistake, click "Clear" to start over. Your signature doesn't need to be perfect - it just needs to be yours.

After You've Signed

Once you submit the agreement:

What If I've Already Signed?

If you visit the Agreement page after signing, you'll see a confirmation screen showing "Agreement Signed" with the date. There's nothing else to do - you're all set.

Common Questions

Is this a legally binding contract?

Yes. The Influencer Profit Sharing Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and EZ Talent, LLC. We recommend reading it carefully. If you have concerns about specific terms, consult with a legal professional before signing.

Can I negotiate the terms?

The agreement is standard for all influencers on the platform. The terms (including the tiered fee structure where you receive 85-92% of the campaign budget depending on its size) are the same for everyone. This ensures fairness and consistency across the platform.

What happens if I don't sign?

Your application cannot be approved without a signed agreement. You can still create your profile and submit your application, but the admin team will not approve it until the agreement is signed.

Can I cancel after signing?

The agreement includes termination provisions. Either party can end the agreement, but any active campaign obligations must be fulfilled first. Contact us at info@eztalent.app if you need to discuss this.

Do brands sign a similar agreement?

Yes. Brands must sign their own Brand Agreement before they can create campaigns. Both sides are held to clear terms to protect everyone involved.
