Influencer Guide

Welcome to the EZTalent Influencer Guide! This documentation covers everything you need to know about getting paid brand deals through EZTalent - from setting up your account to getting money in your bank account.

What Can You Do on EZTalent?

As an influencer on EZTalent, you can:

• Get discovered by brands - Brands browse our creator marketplace to find influencers like you. They can filter by follower count, category, location, and more.
• Receive campaign offers - When a brand likes your profile, they send you a campaign offer with all the details - what they're promoting, what content they want, and how much they'll pay.
• Stay anonymous until you're ready - Brands see you as "Creator #XXXXX" until you accept a campaign. Your name, handles, and personal details stay private during browsing.
• Get paid securely - Campaign funds are held in escrow (protected by Stripe) before you even start. Once your content is approved, the money goes directly to your bank account.
• Set your own rates - You control how much you charge for posts, stories, reels, and videos. Brands see your rates when considering you for campaigns.
• Track your performance - Once you accept a campaign, you get a tracking link (and QR code) to share with your audience. You can see how many clicks you're generating.

How Much Do You Earn?

You receive 85% of every campaign budget. EZTalent takes a 15% platform fee to cover payment processing, escrow, and platform maintenance.

When you see a campaign offer for "$1,000", you know you'll receive $850 once the work is done and approved.

Requirements to Join

To become an EZTalent creator, you need:

• At least 1,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• An active account with consistent posting history
• Quality content that brands would want to be associated with
• To be 18 or older

Your application will be reviewed by our team (usually within 1-3 business days). We check that your accounts exist, meet the follower requirement, and have real engagement.

The Typical Workflow

Here's how it works from start to finish:

1. Sign up and apply - Create your account and fill out your profile with your social handles, categories, bio, and rates.
2. Get approved - Our team reviews your application and verifies your social accounts.
3. Set up Stripe - Connect your bank account via Stripe so you can receive payments.
4. Wait for offers - Brands discover you in our marketplace and send campaign offers.
5. Review and accept - Look at the offer details and decide if it's right for you. Accept or decline.
6. Create content - Once you accept, create and post the content according to the brand's requirements.
7. Submit proof - Upload the URL to your published content on EZTalent.
8. Get paid - After the brand approves your submission, the payment is released to your bank account.

Your Tracking Tools

Once you accept a campaign, you get several tools to share with your audience:

• Tracking link - A short URL that redirects to the brand's product page while tracking clicks
• QR code - Perfect for Stories or video content where people can't click links
• Promo code - If the brand set one up, you'll see it to share with your followers
• Promo landing page - Some brands create a dedicated landing page you can link to

Supported Platforms & Content Types

EZTalent supports campaigns on:

• Instagram - Posts, Stories, Reels
• TikTok - Videos
• YouTube - Videos

You can set different rates for each content type:

• POST - Static image or carousel (stays on your feed)
• STORY - Temporary content that disappears after 24 hours
• REEL - Short-form vertical video
• VIDEO - Long-form video content
